Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Péko Collectables does not offer refunds or exchanges on any items sold, including trading cards, graded slabs, sealed product, or accessories. All sales are final.

Trading cards are sold as collectible items. Condition details are provided in each product listing. For graded cards, the TAG cert number is listed on the product page and links to the full DIG report, including photographs taken at the time of grading by TAG Grading. You can verify any cert independently at the TAG Grading website before purchasing. We encourage all buyers to review product details fully before completing a purchase.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is materially different from what was described in the listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the case and respond within 2 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch may be eligible for a refund at our discretion. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
