Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (UK)

Standard orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail First Class. Both services include tracking and Royal Mail's standard compensation up to £100.

For orders containing graded cards or items with a value over £100, we ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. This service provides compensation up to £750 as standard, extendable to £2,500 with enhanced cover. We apply enhanced cover as appropriate based on the declared value of your order.

For orders containing items valued above £2,500, we use a specialist courier with declared value cover arranged at the time of dispatch. We will contact you before dispatch to confirm the shipping arrangement.

Packaging

All cards are packaged securely. Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and dispatched in rigid mailers or boxes. We do not use soft poly mailers for graded items.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order has been collected by Royal Mail.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or a specialist international courier depending on value. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required by law to declare the full value of the contents on all international shipments.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Royal Mail compensation is based on the acquisition cost of the item, not the resale value. For high-value items shipped via Special Delivery, we recommend retaining proof of purchase.
